Hey guys. Just got my TF100 kit and the 0870 powder is all clumped together and pretty hard. Is it ok to put t in a glass bowl and grind it back up? Just want to make sure this is normal

It is not normal and you should contact TFT for a replacement. While you are waiting for the replacement you can break up pieces and use it for testing. As long as it turns the sample red it should be ok until you get new stuff.

You should be able to get accurate results with that. Be sure to email tft for a replacement, regardless.
