Why did you add that much borax? Now your pH is too high ... although the CYA should lower it some.

The CYA (or almost any solid/powder/granular chemical) sitting on your liner can cause damage. I would vacuum it is up as soon as practical (voice of experience)
Don't forget... tri-chlor sticks, if still in the feeder, are adding CYA as you are adding the CYA you bought as a stand-alone product.

I vacuumed it and will just wait a few days to backwash , the water wasn't bad when I started but I can already see a difference in the clairity I really appreciate all of the help I am getting from yall, yep I'm from Arkansas the south west corner. I would wait a day and see if the stabilizer lowers it some ... EDIT no I wouldn't, I would lower it to about 7.6.

Don't forget... since you have the CYA inside your filter, you should not backwash for a week to ensure you don't wash it to waste. I can take as much as week before showing in tests.

I tested again and PH was 7.6 The PC had me add more bleach and the FC was 13 The CC was 1
Well you did not follow our recommended method of adding CYA. So you either wait, or backwash and lose some CYA.

latest test numbers FC 5 CC 1 PH 7.5 TA 120 , water is clear and pressure on pump has come down some. Is there anything I need to do
Since your CC is 1, that means you will need to SLAM your pool. That means there is something growing in your pool, and you need more chlorine to kill it.
since I just added CYA yesterday I can't get a CYA reading, my water is crystal clear, from what I have read slamming now would be kind of going at it blind
