Need quick advice. 5 4x12 aquasol panels $500 worth it?

hey guys, i need a quick advice. someone is selling 5 4'x12' aquasol panel kits for $500. he said it's new he bought in 2011 and never used them. is this a good deal?

From what I can see, these are about $200 new. If you can inspect them and they are in good shape... seems like a good deal. You might want to talk then down a little if they don't have any hardware. Also I think they are 1.5" headers.

I would call them $225 (once you consider shipping) new, but have the same advice, the hardware kit for mounting and connecting the panels are probably going to cost an extra $30-$40 per panel if you have to buy it seperately.
