Crack from skimmer

Repairing crack in pool side will from skimmer down about 5 feet. Do I need to inlay support like rebar or Torque-bar, or will an epoxy fill suffice?

I'd reinforce it with rebar. it will still move and the epoxy will not be able to stop that.

That would be... Difficult. The only parts you could really post-tension are the bond beam in a rectangular pool and no parts of a free-form. You can only put tension on a straight cable, If the cable path is curved it would rip the shell apart.
