4.1 High copper level

Hi, welcome to TFP! The only way to remove copper completely is to drain the water and refill with copper free water. You can use metal sequestrants if you are in an area where draining and refilling a pool is a problem, however you will need to stay on top of the sequestrant use to prevent staining of your pool surfaces, light colored clothing and hair. Have you been using copper based products or mineral packs to maintain your pool?

Edit: If you already have stains on the pool you want to get rid of an AA treatment will take care of that, but it should be done prior to draining and refilling the pool.

Welcome to the forum!
Are you or have you added products with copper in them? That level is ridiculously high and you would have extensive staining. What filter type do you have.
I suggest you read through Pool Care Basics - Trouble Free Pool and even look at a few of our videos TFP-TV - Trouble Free Pool

Do you have staining ?

Is the 4.1 a typo and it's supposed to say
.4 ?
