Oil floats on water. You could try dumping to waste with just the skimmer on. You'll lose some water but it's a small price to pay to get that nastiness out.
There are special pads that absorb oil and not water. Get as much of it out as possible, then add an enzyme treatment (like Pool Perfect) and raise the FC level a little above normal. The enzymes will help the chlorine break down the oil more quickly.
