24VAC transformer output is 28VAC ?

Hi,
I just bought a 24vac transformer to automate (by Sonoff 4ch pro r3) my Compool cva-24 actuator (24vac), and 24vac contactors.
The output of transformer is around 28vac (no load), is it will cause any problem?

That is just because there is no load..

It won't hurt anything.

Good to go. Voltage will drop under load.
