Hello, I have 2 Jandy VSP pumps on my pool controlled by my iAqualink. I an not able to determine how to control the speeds of the pumps individually. It seems if I set a speed, it applies it to both pumps. Any assistance is appreciated.

How old are your pumps and Aqualink and what REV level is your Aqualink?

In 2022 Jandy began implementing a change in the addressing of their VS pumps. The old way was to use dip switches to set one of 4 pump addresses. New pumps have a serial number the Aqualink pulls from the pump and up to 16 pumps can be supported on one Aqualink system. Aqualink firmware Version W or later is needed for the serial pump addressing.

My iAqualink is a few years old. I had purchased it for my last house but never ended up building a pool there so now it is at my current house where I just finished up the pool. It is REV T.2 so I guess I don't have the serial option. The pumps are the newer style but not sure on the year as I purchased them used.

Check that the dip switches in the pumps are set for different addresses and that you have speed settings set for each pump address.

Changing the DIP switches worked. Thanks.
