Hello all! Our pool guy was having trouble keeping our pool levels and we kept seeing yellow growth. He claimed that we were using it too much. He recommended PoolRX and after applying it to the pool it does keep the chlorine at a good level, prior he was having to add chlorine twice a week and that still was not cutting it. Back ground..... we replaced the water completely and figured maintaining the pool would be easier but in less then a year we have had two filter cleanings. Our last pool guy only did it once a year. So starting to wonder about these pool guys taking the easy way out and putting the cost on me. I am now worried that something is not right, thinking the pool guy is not cutting it. Should a pool company ever tell a customer they are using the pool too much? I figured it was their job to make that problem go away for us?
