I was looking back at your photos and I see in post #15 it looks like they have installed the chlorinator downstream of the heater with no check valve. You should have one.
I will have to call the PB on that. I was unaware of the need for a check valve.
Water care has been really easy. All that I’ve had to do is add a lil MA here and there. Spa jets bring pH up fairly quick. And yes the cover helps some
