Help my alkalinity is at 460ppm and the ph is at 7.1

How do I fix this problem? Are there household items I can use? My pool is above ground. It holds 3,282 gallons of water.

If you aerate the pool the PH will go up. If you then lower the PH with acid that will bring the PH and TA down and you can repeat. Each cycle will bring the TA down till eventually it is where you want it to be.

You can aerate with a waterfall, fountain, compressed air, turning the return up so it breaks the surface, etc.
