Trouble getting FC reading

Pool was just completed 4 days ago. I did my first water test with the TF100 kit over the weekend. I know my chlorine level is very high. I used 10 ml of pool water and after 100 drops the water never turned clear. Exposed pool to sun and swim for a few days and tested again today.

Today I used 5 ml of water to test. It took 22 drops to get the water clear. Is my FC 11 or 22?

With a 5ml sample, each drop is 1ppm. So in that last test, it was "22".

When you use the 10ML sample, then you divide it in half.
