About to order Azek Vintage decking and wondered if anybody could let me know how bad the shrinkage is on this. I know all pvc/composite will shrink/expand but I'm thinking of picture framing the outside and didn't want 3/4 inch gaps around the edges. Another question would be if this was installed in warm weather, could I go with 1/8 or less of a gap to reduce this space issue that would be visible early morning or at night?
Any top tips greatly appreciated. I've found it for 5.07 per foot and with the cooler on the feet factor for the little one, it seems like the best option. As I'm installing it, I didn't want the big boss to be furious with my finishing work
I have searched but most posts are from 7-10 years ago on this stuff and i was looking for more recent experiences.
