Need to confirm best steps for recovery. I know there's poo in it, minnows, who knows what fish, and scum building.

My dad got electricity today.

I dont think I should drain, but he does have a ravine behind his house with no water so I dont think the table is that high.

Just start with debirs removal, and SLAM until clear?
Partial drain?

Lots of threads starting on this -- you can search but the following is from another thread I responded to ----

Using a trash pump to clean out the mud and solids is a good idea. Adding fresh water at the same time will be necessary to keep the pool somewhat full. I would suggest adding liquid chlorine to the pool at the start to kill as much of the bacteria as possible. Not sure size of pool but I would assume 30 ppm FC to add. Could not hurt. Disregard if you do not have lots of solids in the pool.

Then SLAM Process.

The surface equipment will be a repair/replace issue.
