Doing a little reading on CYA and came upon this article New Thinking: Chlorine/Cyanuric Acid in Balance Seems pretty good, would appreciate feedback regarding accuracy of statements made in the article.

The Richard Falk mentioned is chem geek. He and Ben Powell are the fathers, if you will, of the FC/CYA ratio we use today. If you look at the chart we use for manual chlorination all of the minimums are 7.5%, rounded up.

Where his recommendations match ours, awesome. Where they differ, there are likely pros and cons for either point. The core concept remains the same.
