I just purchased this same pool with 3000 sand pump. I will be setting it up in the next couple of weeks. How much salt did you have to put in? How long do you run your pump and SWG?

Welcome to TFP... A Great resource for all your pool questions...
You can use our Pool Math link at the top of this page to know exactly how much salt to add.
At the very top of Pool Math enter your pool size in gallons and then at the very bottom, in the "Effects of adding chemicals" you can figure out how many pounds of salt it will take to meet your SWCG's requirement.
Generally in the 2500 to 4000 range , but you need to look that up in your SWCG's manual.
