Slam - The last thing I needed right now

I agree!! This is the last thing you need and you know what? Leave it be if you have to, swamp will be there when/if you have time and be able to be cleaned then... concentrate on you [emoji173][emoji173]

Its been a while but the crazy level is dropping

Partner has been discharged from the hospital, no better and still no diagnosis
Blood tests every two days, various specialists to see during the week
Waiting on a surgical team to be assembled for a spleen biopsy
Tests gone out for everything under the sun and then some
Work / hospital / sleep feels like the new normal

The river levels rose to 11.7m, evacuation is ordered at 12.5 so I just spent half a day sitting with two others in the pre-civil defence team doing crosswords and suduko

Dont anyone tell Dave :silent: but I just threw chlorine at the pool in passing, without testing. Added roughly 10FC every couple of days, just to try and keep things under control

I cant have done too much wrong. Pool was a beautiful sparkly clear blue when I went for a swim after work. There was some grey algae dust on the floor. So after my swim I brushed the entire pool and did some tests for what felt like the first time in forever

FC 8 - Added to 14
CC 0
ph 7.2

Pressure was up to 7, so back washed and rinsed twice. Pressure back to 5
Will vacuum in the morning

No way I am doing an OCLT tonight, because tomorrow I am having a sleep in

Oh forgot to mention, Clear Choice test kit ordered on a Saturday, arrived on a Thursday. Not bad for international postage

 to all for the kind messages

Yeah its a little cool in the pool today, 26° (78°F)

Maybe had 10 swim days this year, weather been cool and overcast pretty much all summer. Last year 6 days a week would have been swim days. Its been nicknamed the bummer summer around here :pth:

Maybe have 1 more month of swimming left if I am lucky

Don't you know she has been taking such good care of you and you go and do this???? I expect better behavior from you in the future!"

I hope that works
