Welcome to TFP! Please feel free to ask any questions, read the articles under Pool School and search for topics of interest. Best to figure out stuff before you build than having to spend $ on changes soon afterward (I replaced my Saltwater Chlorine Generator and pump within months).
SCB - Please read How to Chlorinate You Pool here and under the Pool School. There are two preferred methods to chlorinate - using a Salt Water Chlorine Generator (SWG) or using liquid chlorine (bleach). This is because the TFP method is to take control of your pool chemistry and adjust only what is needed. While the Chlorine feeder is convenient, the tablets add other chemicals to the water as well. Tablets have a use if you use liquid chlorine and want to use while away, but we do not recommend using them as your primary means of sanitation as it will require you to replace water on occasion - potentially large amounts. Again, read the school article too.

MODS, if you need to move this thread somewhere else, go for it. I just noticed it's in the Water Chemistry part.
Love it! Now go out with a tape measure and make sure it is long, wide, deep, etc enough. NOW is the time to make changes or tweaks if needed or wanted.
