Blower not working (little if any bubles) when Spa is on

Hi, Im new to the site and hope someone can suggest a fix to my problem.

If I have the system set to pool (filtration and heat) and turn on my spa blower (overflow spa built into my gunite pool) it works perfectly (lots of bubbles from all jets). When I switch to spa, it all stops. The heater is working and the valves switch automatically as required, the blower is on but I get only intermittent low volume of bubbles from just 2 jets.

Where should I start?

Welcome to the forum!

It sounds like the switches for actuators are in the wrong position. In pool mode, water should be returning to the pool not the spa.

Post a picture of the pad equipment and plumbing.
