We have a 27ft round above ground pool and we just received our new solar blanket. We had a 12 mil and we just rolled it up by hand, now we have a 16mil and we're gonna need a reel. What do you guy recommend for this cover? I was thinking of putting in a couple posts at one side of the pool and mounting the reel to them, pulling the entire round cover off, like you would a rectangular inground pool. I would imagine I'm going to have issues with the reel sagging, seeing as I have a 16 mil cover.

Nice setup. I will look into this one for sure. I am concerned with the weight of our blanket, it's a 16mil...I chose the heavier one because of the tree above the pool. We were getting sticks and acorns piercing the 8 and the 12 mil.
