TA and aeration

Is there any way to aerate without cooling down the pool?
Aren't there some aerating jets that will suck air into the stream?

Venturi jets draw air into the water stream.

Regardless of how you aerate, it will cool the water at least somewhat. Aeration promotes evaporation, which cools the water.
