Do I have a suction side leak?

When running my pump on low speeds, there is an air bubble under the filter basket lid about two inches in diameter. No air bubble on high speeds.

Looking at the return jets, one of them sends out a stream of small bubbles. Everything else looks okay. I am running a salt cell.

Is this a problem? I already cleaned and re-lubed the filter basket lid o-ring and tightened the suction side connection.

If the pump is not cavatating at low speeds and clears the air bubble at high speeds you do not have a problem.
