Hi, i have an intex 18 x 48 metal frame pool and after installing a filling i noticed that the water level is about 3 inches higher in one section along the back ..should i drain and fix or no...i just dont like the idea of losing that much water. Is there a way to fix it without draining? Please help!

No way that I know of that is safe and may not damage the pool. One inch is the limit of "out of level" allowed before it starts to get unsafe.
What tim said. For your safety and your swimmers safety, please consider draining the pool and properly leveling it out. 3 inches is definitely not safe friend.
