Polaris 280

I purchased a replacement 280 and it has started to ride on 2 wheels. I checked the idler armm for debris and it seems to be operating correctly. I adjusted the balance float as well without any improvement. It is only an 11k pool and the cleaner needs to runs for several hours to complete it task. Does any one have any other suggestions?

How is the jet pointing on the back of the unit?

which 2 wheels? have you checked the rpm's should be between 28 - 32 rpm's.
