By flex pipe, do you mean the black section that goes up to filter?

In your videos I see flex pipe on the suction side. Check those connections.

Hi,

Here is my new set up and current condition of air. Much less but still slightly there. What do you think? Safe to leave as is? Or, continue investigating?

I noticed the higher I put the pressure on the pump the less air I see in the jets. Currently running pump at 2500

Still a lot of air. Those flex pipes on your suction side. Do they go under ground?

Both flex pipes that go into cement go underground. I unconnected each one to lube each o ring and all looked clean from oring perspective.

Did you wrap the connection between the flex pipe and the union with plastic wrap?

Don't forget to check the drain plugs on the pump. Make sure those o-rings are clean and lubricated too.
