in ground pool

There’s a rip in our pools liner and it’s also come loose from the coping. The liner was originally installed back in 2008. Anything I can do as a temp fix before I think about hiring someone to replace the liner?

Is it possible for them to put the gasket on the return jet between the wall and the liner when they cut the holes? Pool is currently filling up and will stop a couple of inches below the light.
