fibreglass pool scratches

The pool builder created many scratches when building and then cleaning the pool. Has anyone has success in getting scratches resolved in an Imagine Pools fiberglass pool? They tried to "fix" them and so far it looks worse. Pool builder has not been pleasant to work with from start to finish...
