    Pop up check valve

Sorry, pop-up cleaners are a pool thing. I've worked on a few rotating valves and such, but never a fitting. I have no clue. Maybe @JamesW or another pool guy is familiar with them.

    Caretaker 99 pop up problem

I have only worked on a few pools with these, so am far from an expert, but it sounds like a flow issue. Are your skimmers and pump basket clean? What is the pressure at the filter? Have there been any changes made to the system? (Started running a slide or waterfall, turned down the pump rpm's...

    Hose kinks! HELP!

Sounds to me like you could have a blockage in the cleaner itself. It should be on a regulator as mentioned, but should not need full-throttle to function. Add to that the collapsed hoses, and it all says "new cleaner" to me. At the very least, get a schematic and take it apart to check for...

Do you think this is successfully waterproofed and safe?

If I understand you correctly, you put a transformer in the battery compartment, buried it in silicone, and ran your 120v extension cord out under the edge of the battery cover, which you sealed with tape? I think it is sure to leak sooner or later. Make sure you always use a gfci plug for power.

Booster Pump not starting or making any noise

Also, with the power off, try to turn the motor shaft by hand with pliers between the motor and plastic wet-end, or from the back of the motor under the cap with a screwdriver or allen wrench. The bearings might be sticking.
