I’ve been a customer of their’s for many years and their customer service is stellar. I would email them for fastest contact as calling them has been spotty.

It uses a Bluetooth app. Kinda buggy for programming cleaning modes but it works.

I just gotta say, since buying the 500 my pool bottom has never been cleaner! It’s amazing how well the 500 picks up dirt/debris in a short period of time. Soooooo happy I went with the 500 over other models.

I was just hoping that the latest models, with I’m assuming the latest software, wouldn’t have suffered the same issue. It doesn’t appear to affect functionality at all as my m500 is keeping the pool amazingly clean.

Like others, I just unboxed my m500 and after every clean using the micro filters, the cartridge/filter full warning light turns red. There’s no way it’s full as my pool floor is clean so I’m not sure if it’s a software bug or something else. I’ve pushed reset a number of times, which resets...

I just pulled the trigger on the 500. I found a local authorized shop where i got it for 1399 (before rebate) so I'm all in for 1275 :)

The 500's have a $125 rebate but not sure about the other models.

It's on their Facebook site as well as I was in the store yesterday talking to the salesperson. It appears to be for in-store sales only.
