I have the latest software. Both have been intermittent although the remote issue just started 2 days ago. I went out yesterday morning and rebooted the transmitter at the pool and neither problem has occured since, although it is too early to tell if that actually fixed the problems.

The problem is intermittent, I believe for the last 10 hrs everything is working fine.

FYI Spoke with Pentair customer service and they said the temperature test is not a feature of the Intellichlor. They were very helpful and will be sending a flow switch to me.

One thing I noticed yesterday while removing the unit to check it, was that one of the pins in the connector was longer than the rest, does anyone know if that is supposed to be that way or maybe it has worked its way out and is not connected?

James, If I push and release the more within 2 seconds nothing happens and display still shows 20% which is what I have it set for. If I press and hold for a few seconds the lights do the same as on the first push and hold stopping on the 20 %.

James, Originally had the output set to 50% which actually lights the 60% light on the display and after running the original test the light was at 60% both instances. So for my last test I set the out put to 20% and oddly enough both test show 20%. What am I doing wrong?

OK, thanks for taking the time to reply. I have tried to follow your instructions on the temperature test however when I hold the more until the lights scroll and then release it, it is much longer than 2 seconds before the percentage lights light up. Am I missing something?
