I spoke to the pool builder. He says that there really isn't a way to do it the way I am describing.

How do you hold up the pavers and still follow the pattern? I understand you have to lay the pavers on something but can you point me to examples of how this is accomplished?

So is there a tray that gets installed so that you can basically lay the coping and pavers however you want?

I'm not quite sure he understands. I feel like the pool builder and/or the cover people should be involved so that he can do it the way I want. Can the pavers be any size?

I do not have sprinklers.

I understand the need to blow the pipe out for the winter, but how do I do that? If the water is coming from the house, do I need to have a valve installed that allows me to blow the lines from inside the house towards the hose bib?

The area where the pipe will run will be be excavated in order to install the pavers around the pool so I imagine it will be possible to make it fairly deep.
