My previous question was around intelliph integration - I am simply asking if the intellichem is necessary when you have the intellicenter (I didn’t think it was but I could certainly be wrong). I’m confident with the intellicenter system outside of this.

Thanks, but that search is for the EasyTouch, not the IntelliCenter. Lots of vendors for the EasyTouch, not so much for the Intellicenter, at least that I can see.

Was able to get the pump running late last night by bypassing the prime in the control panel and just having the pump pull until water started flowing (I know this is not the ideal solution but had to get the pump running and it worked). Set the pump for a low speed (1250 rpm) and went to bed...

Update for tonight - cannot even manually prime pump. loading the basket with water, but it won't stay full. Pump comes on, tries to prime for about 3 seconds and shuts off. I'm at a complete loss for what to do. My pool will be green in no time if I can't get this pump running.

Thanks @duraleigh, that's a great point. I should point out we have had some recent issues with small leaks on the sand filter, and recently replaced the main o-ring under the air relief assembly...there may be some other o-rings we should replace as well that aren't showing an "obvious" leak...

Thanks @Crackerjack4u - all PVC connections here, but your point is well taken. We are going to check all the connections carefully to make sure they are all tight and secure.

the fact that this water drop was happening with the old pump and now the new pump leads me to theorize it may not be isolated to the direct pump connections

Thank you @duraleigh - I will be sure to to check everything again but when I look at our new connections everything "looked" ok. I'm concerned because even with the old Wisperflo the basket wouldn't stay full of water after the pump turned off. And when it did turn on, it took a good 30...

Thanks @bobodaclown - but that is for the "C" model which is not the one I have. When you look at the equivalent part (that I can find) for the TR100 it doesn't seem to come with the plastic housing (which is the part that is actually leaking on my filter).

OP here...appreciate everyone's feedback. Very interesting to me that there are two distinct schools of thought on the topic. Honestly not sure what to do at this point. The people that have the Intelliflo clearly love it, while if I just switched out the existing motor it would still cost me...

Honestly, I'm not sure. I don't have any experience with this so trying to learn as much as I can and figure out what is the best long-term solution. I should also point out the existing pump is probably 8-10 years old at this point (not sure what the typical lifespan is).
