I never realized how cold 81 degree water really is!

Somewhat windy and plenty of construction mud/dirt blowing around. It is a blue color of my plaster so that made me dismiss it being mud.

I have a Jandy PCL 1400.

So my 30 day wait time to start using the robot has passed and I now have it in the pool and cleaning for two hours a day everyday. I notice the little catch bag is always full of a sand/plaster combination. Is this normal or is my cleaner hurting my plaster somehow?

So my plaster has now been installed for a little more than 4 weeks. Should I even bother starting up the SWG for the first time during the winter months and just go Chlorine until it warms up? I believe I read somewhere that the SWG doesn't even make chlorine below 60 degrees IIRC? I do...

Good luck with the decking. Our design called for a wood deck also, but carpentry crews are pretty hard to come by at the moment in Houston. So instead of having a month long delay on it, we just switched to travertine.

Do I need to buy spare bleach for a salt water pool?

Well we have had to make a change to the original design. In order to not delay anymore due to the difficulty of getting a carpentry crew out, we are changing the wood deck to travertine. Hopefully that will be completed this weekend and we will be all done minus adding in salt.
