So far - just the original water lines from a well. We knew they would be there, as the parts of the decayed well pump were still next to the old shed.
That the original owners dug a 5' hole to sink an above ground pool, and the "investors" that picked it up and sold it to us saw the hole as a free dumpster for construction debris including carpet and paint which they covered with a few inches of soil and sod.
Thankfully our PB was sympathetic because he said it was the worst he had ever seen in 30 years in the business and only made us pay for the extra dumpster, they loaded it for free for us and we were able to get our dumpster fees reimbursed without too many legal threats.
