When my heater is on, the display is showing three digit 322. I think this is the temperature of the output metal vent cover or combustion air intak. How do i get my temperature back to display?

I refill the water through the filter line. I still have air locks. I purge out all the lines. I still can't get the pump to circulate . Am i doing something wrong?

Yesterday a newly installed sta rite heater was whistling after turning on. I know it's the gas/air mixture problem, should I worry? Should I fix? Should I call the gas company? They just installed the gas line last week.
