Ahhh. The light bulb just came on. In advanced settings, somehow my Intellichlor got set to Pool, not Pool/Spa. Works now. Thanks for the help!!

Jim, my app use to do exactly as yours. Edit chemistry and it would allow you to do both pool and spa. Now it won’t.

I noticed on the the Pentair Pool App, there is no longer an option for SWG percentage for spa mode. I verified that my IC40 no longer produces when in spa mode. I know previously you could choose up to 20% during spa operation. I sent the question to Pentair support, but they never answered...

Support says this a known bug which they are attempting to fix in the next update.

Interesting. I have the same thing. Can see pool/spa temp and air temp on the app but it doesn’t retain it as history. I was about to send a question to support.

Good evening. I’m planning on removing my IC 40 over the winter. I would like to find a cover for the connector on the PC100 (where the IC 40 cable plugs in) to prevent dust from getting in it. Any ideas on where I might find such an animal? Thanks! Scott

I like it! I do have a back flow preventer at the hose bib as well. I disconnect the fill line before freezing weather to prevent problems. That’s when I found out the check valve was bad. Thanks !

It is apart from the WiFi. The wireless kit interfaces with your router. Then you can access your system via WiFi through your router connection. The Intellicenter panel itself is not connected via WiFi and the panel will not recognize a WiFi network. Are you using the Intellicenter2 app...

Which app are you using? There’s an Intellicenter2 app and a Pentair Home app. The Intellicenter2 app should show your system as a “local” system. The Home app probably won’t work. Pentair has to “migrate” your Intellicenter over to the Home app.

If you have an indoor and outdoor antenna, that sounds like the wireless kit. The WiFI antenna is only one antenna connected to the Intellicenter. Do you have the indoor antenna plugged into a router with a Cat 5 cable?

Did your Intellicenter come with a WiFi antenna or the wireless kit? Older Intellicenter kits were shipped with the wireless kit. The wireless kit won’t show up as a wifi network. It has to be plugged into a router. I ran into that problem with mine.
