Good point. The Circupool manual says it's perfectly acceptable to power it 24/7 and rely on the flow switch to regulate generation on / off. I get ya though...if that flow switch fails and the generation turns on that could be ugly. I'll go edit my timer right now

I'm fully aware of the lower water temps having an impact on production. My question is: does having the salt cell operating (and not producing much) at lower temps cause any unnecessary wear and tear / build up or is it only a matter of a lack of production?

I'm looking on Amazon at a dummy cell for the Circupool RJ-60 and seeing a lot of them that list the Hayward T-Cell as their size. Looking at them the cells appear to be about the same dimension / thread / size / etc. Can anyone confirm for me?
