    Natural rock waterfall leaking!

I’m certain it’s leaking behind the rocks. I left my main pump on for 24 hours, turned off the autofill and my infinity edge catch basin was empty the next day. The pipes were tested and are fine. I’m using a cup or two of acid a week and my PH is consistently 7.5-7.6. I’m just asking if anyone...

    Natural rock waterfall leaking!

I’m sure a lot of the water lost is due to evaporation, but I have to add almost a bag of salt a week to stay above 2500. Salt doesn’t evaporate with the water

    Natural rock waterfall leaking!

The waterfall (my filter pump) is on 8 hours a day. I can adjust a valve so that water doesn’t go through the waterfall but instead through the returns, but I really like the waterfall and how it sounds. It just sucks that the water seems to be magically disappearing behind the rocks. What can I...

    Natural rock waterfall leaking!

Hi all. Bought this house in March. The pool and water features were built in 2006. I’ve noticed that it’s been leaking a lot. Like, I’m adding 120lb of salt a month and my water bill is sky high due to autofill. I had two reputable pool leak detection companies pressure test the piping and...

Loose tile at infinity edge. Not sure what to do.

5 of my tiles were loose and falling off. A pool guy “fixed” it yesterday by applying an insane amount of thinset, which didn’t really work as the tiles are heavy and kept sagging, so he then literally slapped a bunch of cement behind the tiles too. He made a huge mess in my basin and deck but...

Brand new Intelliflo SCREAMING while heating spa

Lowering the speed to 2000 rpm for Spa Mode seems to work. It’s no longer making that noise. So I guess that sound is cavitation? Thanks again! :giggle:

Brand new Intelliflo SCREAMING while heating spa

Oh the pump is never running at full speed. I just tested it at 3450RPM in pool mode to see if there is any noise. It usually runs at 2500 in pool mode, 3000 in spa mode. I’ll try cranking it down in spa mode and report back soon

Brand new Intelliflo SCREAMING while heating spa

Hi all. I just purchased a beautiful home in Naples Florida in March. I replaced the main pool pump with an Intelliflo on March 16th from Pinch A Penny. I realized that when I set my spa to “spa mode” with the heater on, the darn pump screams! Video...
