Thanks for this. Our PB did not install the skimmers correctly. One of the skimmers does not have a door and the other isn't installed at all. I'm thrilled to know that getting this fixed will improve our situation. I'm running the pump 7 hours a day.

Morning! We have a new pool. PB advised us to wait 30 days to run our heater to avoid plaster dust getting in the heater. PB also advised not to run a robot cleaner for 30 days. Is it okay to turn on the heater before we run the robot? I'm assuming it will pick up additional plaster dust...

Hi there, I received a bid to clean and seal our newish lueder pool coping. The bid was for $850 with a 5 year warranty. Contractor says they use state of the art sealant that is $150 or so a gallon. Is this a reasonable bid? Is sealing the coping myself a difficult job? Many thanks.

It's still streaming out of two jets after several hours. I have my doubts that there could still be water left over in the pipes after hours and hours. Thoughts? I can't find anything similar posted anywhere. It's probably ruining my plaster. Thanks!

Hi there, we are finally filling our pool after signing one year ago! However, there is water streaming out of one of the jets. We are concerned this will damage our Hydrazzo. Any reasons for this occurring? And any remedies? Texted PB but not expecting a response on a Saturday. Thanks!

Thanks for everyone who gave their input and advice. Very much appreciated. The pool company is offering some money off the pool in addition to the one inch chip out. What do you think would be a fair amount? It will not be at the right depth but I think I will be okay with it.
