drop test on my taylor showed about 4PPM full and zero CC. Perplexed I am .

My Taylor kit says I have zero using 10 mil test but 2 different pool stores 20 mins apart showing wildly different CC results. Help!

Valves are almost 2 years old and I have not Yeah the bubbles concerning to me as I thought bubbles =leak. I do notice spa flow isn’t as strong from returns but not seeing a big enough difference in spill over flow strength.

Hi! I have bubbles in Check Valve with elevated spill over spa with slight less than normal in my opinion spillover flow. No discernible loss in water with skimmers filled halfway up and weir flaps working well. No bubbles in pump basket either.

3 3.5 in shallow is great that’s what I have and I also have 6 ft in deep. Unless you guys are all well over 6 ft than 5 ft is what I wished I went with. Its hard to play ball type games etc and tread water.

Day 10 of traditional quartz aggregate start up and using pucks (I know don’t kill me) and want to raise to from near zero to 3ppm. Very hot weather on tap so how many pucks would I need? I am using 3 inch Bioguard silk guard complete. PH is running high and treating with MA. Thanks

It’s start up for my pool? Shouldn’t they be closed and main drains only open? Maybe that is the problem? How can I tell if skimmers are open or closed?

I should have simplified and clarified it’s the skimmer basket when I lift the cover to check. 😀

Started up yesterday morning after finally getting plaster over the weekend and twice upon checking skimmer it’s floating. It’s 48’ DE Hayward filter and a 2 Hp vsp jandy pump that’s been running continues (at what speed I do not know that part of pool school is scheduled later this week)...

I couldn’t be more disappointed with my builder.
