    @Jimrahbe, perfect idea. If I have the "Spa" mode set for say a 12 hour egg timer, will the normal schedule automatically resume after that? If i have the Spa mode on and my pool schedule starts during that time does the spa mode override the pool mode?

    i got a screenlogic kit for $300 on ebay, good enough for me in the short term. The intellicenter does maybe 1-2% more than the easytouch so they upgrade is simply if you want it rather than utility imo.

    Just buy a cheap Amazon tablet with a otter box case and boom, you have a waterproof wireless touchpad. I have also seen people wore sonoff 4 channel WiFi switches to the spa remote port for Alexa or google home integration.

    I'm editing now but I meant eventually it has an upgrade path to the new intellicenter not intellitouch. just seems like a good way to save some money now considering i wont use 95% of the Intellicenter capabilities
