    42 or 48 inch walls

I can’t decide which one I want to go with…I’m buying the kit from pool warehouse tomorrow and I need to let the sales rep know…those that have 42-do you wish you would have gone 48? Is there that much of a difference? Thank you to those who provide input!

    Brands

Has anyone had any issues with other brand chlorinators, such as Excel? My pool will be around 34000ga and I wanted to go with a 60k system so I don’t overload…the only system I found was an Excel…no luck finding any videos on YouTube regarding the brand and reviews. Does anyone else use this...

    Help with pool size

Thank you for input!! I have heard people say you can’t regret going bigger, but you can regret going too small. My hubby decided we should go with a 20x44. Our back porch is 44 feet long, and he thought it would look best to have the pool the same length as the back porch. My children are so...

    Help with pool size

Thank you. I did see the 60k system. Oddly, when I spoke to an agent at pool warehouse, the 40k is what he recommended. I’m a complete newbie and there is so much research I clearly need to do.

    Help with pool size

Thanks. I was thinking 48 inch walls and deep end depth to be 9ft. So that put us at about 36,000 gallons with a 20x40. The SWG I found on pool warehouse I believe went to 40,000 gallons.

Our contractor has just finished the framing/bricking/roofing. Home sits on 8 acres of land so plentyyyy of room for the 20x40. Will have SWG. Thanks...

    Pool size dilemma-decision on Thursday

In the next 4 months, construction will begin on our new house and pool. In my experience, I considered an 18x36 with 8ft deep end because we would save a few thousand dollars but decided on a 20x40 rectangle with 9ft deep end with automatic cover bc our 8 acres is in the country and I don’t...
