Not sure if anyone has any tips..our filter broke yesterday. Should I just keep testing and adding chemicals per usual? I’ve been trying to stir the water around with the skimmer. Just nervous we are going to start growing things:/

Ok if my current CYA is 0 BUT I’m adding in 30ppm, do I enter CYA as 30 or 0 when I’m trying to calculate FC? Picture to hopefully help my terrible explanation

Trying to figure out if this is considered bleach? If so, would I put in 90% in the ‘bleach chlorine %’ prompt when figuring out FC target? The other options in the drop downs include cal-hypo but not sure the %s would make sense? Thanks for any help!

Ah ok. I thought it was 16x10x3.5 (which is the 42”)then x 5.9 = 3304. Or so you use a different multiplier than 5.9?

Just a note on my pool volume. I came across an online calculator that claimed I should do length x width x depth then if Oval use a multiplier of 5.9 which would give me a 3,304 gallon total. Any thoughts on this? I’m just realizing how important this volume piece is!

Ok so if I add 13oz of the bleach now and then follow your instructions with the 58oz ...can I do these 2 things at the same time? Does it matter the order? I will keep pump on for 24hrs. Then I’ll breathe and study up?!
