    I have some Patch-it from Leslie's Swimming Pool Supply. Is that the same thing? Sorry if these are dumb questions - there's nothing I've found online that is very clear on this.

    The blisters were very shallow (<1/8"). No exposed cracks/rebar/rust. even concrete. I've never found any info regarding filling gaps that shallow, so I figured I'd have to sand them smooth. Just want to bounce that off people that have more experience than me before I dig in.

    That's true. We've been in the house 10 years and we do get maybe 2.5 months:oops: of use in the pool. Starting off early this year though, so we'll cross our fingers!

    Pool was here when we bought the house and it get constant use the two months a year it's nice enough to be in the water. Over the years I've re-tiled the scum-line tiles twice due to pop-offs. I replaced the pump last year. We do all winterizing, opening and maintenance work ourselves...
