I followed the steps in the video but it had no effect in my case.

I initially emailed on a Monday and then called the next day when I did not receive a reply. I spoke to Seth as well. Repair on my unit took about 2-3 weeks. Part of it I was out on vacation though so that worked out. Seems like a bad lot from the manufacturer.

Robot has been running without issue for 2 days now. So far so good. Thank you again Sunny.

I just sent an email asking for an update. If I don't hear back I'll give a call tomorrow at noon. I suspect ours came from the same lot. I did not the manufacture date on mine was just over 2 years from the purchase date. May or may not have mattered but just pointing it out.

Marina has provided me a return label. They hummed and hawed a bit and from the context of the gentlemen's reply it sounds like they have seen several like this lately. They said not to worry, they would repair or replace.

What if you just change your time zone so the actual time lines up for you. The Time zone name will be wrong but at least you'll be able to set your schedules easier. And I have HomeSeer as well.
