Redid the tiles with the vertical offset pattern!

Today they removed ALL of the limestone subway tiles and they are going to re-order everything. I feel so wasteful but it wasn't what I asked for. :(

Thanks, I was told you don't want to do that wide of a tile on a curved surface because the edges will look like they are popping off. That's why we asked for vertical... but came home to find it horizontal.

Which do you prefer? Would you be upset if you asked for one and got the other?

You are moving so much faster than we are, and I'm also in Northwest Austin! We are on week 8 after the dig and still no gunite. The rebar did go in right after the dig, and plumbing was pretty quick, but our builder says there's a big delay on gunite in Austin. Not sure if that is just the...

We're still a week or two away from shotcrete, but I chose the coping (buff Lueders), waterline tile (Aquabella Bora Bora Marine 1x2 subway tile), and the outside of the spa (Patara Stone Fossil Stone 3x6 subway limestone tiles). Going with Blue Granite pebble sheen.

I think we may actually be done with the dig?!? I think the next step is the wood forms and rebar? Still trying to decide between Blue Surf and Blue Granite pebble sheen!!! Or a new somewhat tempting option, Wet Edge Primera Stone.
