    Thanks. Certainly don't want to repeat the 2 week effort. I think it's not clear because the dead algae is not filtered out. Are you suffering there are algae still alive? Should I add DE to speed up filtering?

    Tried gorrila waterproof tape. First stick from inside facing back of liner, the patch from outside. It looks OK now as only the lowest 1/4 is under water.

    Need suggestion to patch a rip on vinyl liner. It's about 3 in on the wall above the first step. It's concrete inside. It's awkward as I cannot press the patch against the wall as it'll rip more.     Tested again today in this way. when it gets to 60, black dot disappears for about 2 seconds then vaguely visible again. At 55, it's not visible even after 10 seconds. So is this 60 or 55? Since CYA seems no longer problem, plan to vacuum thorough and refill again tomorrow to reduce CYA a bit...

    Thanks. Tested CYA again. Feel it's much lower. Tested last night in kitchen. Do I have to rest under sunlight? Black dit just now was very visible. Also, out of LC. Can I use granule (47% cal hypo) or tablet? Pics just now

    Getting sump pump for water exchange on Sunday and just vacuumed 2 hours. Anything else before Sunday? More LC?
