I love the color - it came out very nice. My issue is that the surface is not pebble. I am concerned about getting acid wash that it would be a serious issue if too little pebble as I believe given what was delivered. I’ll put a few pics here next.

No. I was never able to get anyone over the local regional npt guy who didn’t care. I did not want to acid wash given my concern that would end up being worse. Very disappointing.

The pool is good thank you. The color is beautiful. Just no pebbles. It sets me off too that the NPT local distributor could have cared less. Was not impressed by them at all.

Thank you. I do have the invoice of the pallet that was delivered to my house. That is what confirms my suspicion there isn’t enough product and formula not correct. The Regional NPT guy could care less. I’ve tried to find out who is above him. No luck yet. Thank you.

They have offered to do an acid wash. Which I’ll have no real choice about. I’m thoroughly disgusted that the manufacturer has zero standards for their installers. The water color is especially beautiful in the sun.

You can- but I’m very unhappy with the finish. So do not make the mistake I did by not asking enough questions and assuming you will get a pebble finish. I did not and I’m trying to figure out what I can do. Here are some pics.

Unfortunately I was not smart and paid. He’s offered to acid wash it atno expense to me other than draining and refilling 20,000 plus gallons of water. My concern is that isn’t going to do it because he cheated me on pebble. But I do t seem to have much choice. If he can make it pebble, great...

Right. Yes I understand that. I just thought they would be interested in how their product is installed. Especially if underutilizing pebble and using combinations that are not proper formula. You know, boot leg like. But they do not.

I’m absolutely convinced they cheated me on the pebble AND put the wrong combination of pebbles. No question at all. The problem is the Pb says it’s just great but he will do an acid wash. And the manufacturer could give a hoot. That I was very surprised by. I thought to become certified...

Unfortunately I did not see the application but it seems obvious they did the latter. Never said they could do it with more or less exposure. They absolutely should have told me. I would not have done this. Would have bumped up to pebbletec.

Unfortunately they say it’s is exactly how it is supposed to be.

Not sure it was worth the extra cost to not get any actual pebbles.
