Greetings, I am looking for info/availabilty on a sand funnel/guide for a Pentair SD80. I am changing sand and need the guide to endure the standpipe stays centered. I called Pentair and was told one comes with new filters but is not stocklisted at Pentair. Any tips/ tricks are welcome. Thanks!

24K Gunite IC40 SD80..Sand in the pool/spa is the problem. I opened up the filter and tried backwashing with a small improvement. Sand is 4 yrs old and i am beginning to think i have a lateral problem. Any recommendations before i replace the sand, stand pipe and laterals? Do laterals just fail...

Greetings all. I have a 21k gallon gunite pool. Pentair IC40 and sand filter. I have spent the last few weeks making donations to an unnamed pool store and still have problems. Tested today and rhe chlorine is zero again, the ph is off the chart and the total alkalinty is 140...please pont me...
