Post a complaint on your local Better Business Bureau site. To keep their A rating (if they even have one) - they should respond with a resolution.

Would appreciate recommendations. Also- if I do have attorney modify the contract, are pool builders likely to give somewhat or do they take the stance " we don't change the contract"? We have met with Riverbend, Hauk, Venture, Claffey.
